Painting class 7, a new week!
Hello Everyone
I hope you've all been doing well
I approached todays assignment a little differently since I have recently got all my uni assignments set and have decided to really try and cram certain things within the first few weeks so I can make the rest of my project a less of a headache... I hope by showing this you will all understand.
here is the reference and the result

so this is the reference and the painting done along Bobby in the class with his guidance. I was in awe watching how he painted. I want to be able to have such good observation skills. As you can see I have a little issue with values and not making things too dark or too light, I think I am afraid of making it look too contrasty.. However I didnt push on with this image per say I started working on a study for my university module, I am basing my project in Okinawa and I have taken the ref from a blog talking about Okinawa and I pained it over 5 days focusing on difference things each time.
The formatting will be a little weird since I cant seem up upload the files to blogger.. so I have taken snipping tool images from my project file ..
